MARKETING & RESEARCH OVERVIEW
Colliers Meredith & Grew's Marketing & Research group works closely with the firm's six service groups and their clients to support all assignments.
Marketing positions and develops strategic campaigns to introduce a property or available space within a property to the real estate community, using a combination of traditional media and on-line resources, and state-of-the-art virtual reality programs. The group is responsible for all media relations and advertising, design and development of promotional collateral, graphics and Web-based material, and also coordinates responses to RFPs and other ad-hoc requests for information.
Research provides timely and reliable data critical to making effective and well-informed business decisions. Insightful market reports are generated quarterly utilizing the firm's proprietary database, which contains data on more than 197 million square feet of commercial space in approximately 1,800 buildings in the Greater Boston area. Routine publications include quarterly Market Viewpoint, Snapshot and sub-market reports, as well as the semi-annual Economic Brief. Additionally, the group is available to respond to ad-hoc research requests, supported by several economic and real estate demographic analysis and mapping programs and subscriptions.
