JAMES L. ELCOCK
James Elcock is co-head of the suburban brokerage group and concentrates his leasing and sales activity in the Greater Boston Metropolitan area. Throughout his career with Colliers Meredith & Grew, he has represented numerous owners in the leasing of over 5 million square feet of space.
Jim has also handled a number of significant institutional real estate transactions in the leasing and disposition of many "non-traditional" real estate assets such as churches, hospitals, school campuses, con-vents and land. He is a graduate of Providence College.
